Athlon 64 6000+ vs pentium e6300

Hi, can someone tell me in terms of performance which cpu is better, the Athlon 64 6000+ or Pentium e6300. I need to know as i want to see were the Athlon would stand over here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-balanced-platform,2469.html

in terms of stock performance or overclocking? Also i read that the core 2 duo e6400 is slower them the 6000+ at stock clocks. Just to clarify you are talking about the Pentium e6300 not the core 2 duo?

I doubt that amd 250 is slower than the 6000+ so i would say it must be faster.

Wow i never new that cpu comparison thing existed! Thanks! But why not do a straight comparison with the 6000+ and e6300? Would it have been different benchmark conditions?
