Intel won't be a factor in the GPU market. Their GPU is scheduled only for 2011 and it'll be low end and not the high end monster they initially promised. GPU business is not just about money, which Intel have more of than anyone else, its about the man hours in R&D, driver teams and IP. There even PowerVR has them beat.
As for DX11 GPU's they'll be great form both ATI and NVIDIA. both will show up this year, no point in speculating on which will be faster at this point. GT300 is vast change from what we have had before so no way to tell how it'll do other than that it'll be very fast.
