A week ago started having problems with my USB port on my NeoConnect Prime phone somehow it had gotten loose and rendered my internet unusable.

After phoning customer care and the operator giving me the nearest technical center I took my phone to them hoping for repairs. To my surprise the service was good and I recieved a new phone within the hour. The only hassle was phoning them again explaining everything, which lead to a update on my network profile according to the techy on the phone and there I go.

The even better news is that my new phone has one bar more signal than the old one, my new transformer for charging also stopped making a very irritating squeaking sound. The cherry on the cake is that my ports now also forward properly.

Possible customers, Neotel aint all that bad. :)

Does the extra bar give you better speed?

Until Neotel put measures in place to stop over utilisation of a tower from affecting everyone using that tower, they will not get a cent from me.
Oh, and, live usage metering is also an essential.

@ S1lv3r H4wK Shot for posting the positive comment. In terms of the congested towers.. Our rollout plan is based on these areas...Unfortunately the process is rather lengthy when it comes to acquisition and building to get the goodies up....
