For the past hour or so i have been happily reading threads regarding IBurst's big ****up when suddenly these threads have been deleted and are not available. What is going on !?!?!

I thought this was a free forum where users can express their views.

Due to duplication, haven't they just been consolidated into one thread?

Aaah, thank you. It was getting tiresome trying to keep track of 3 or more threads. How does it do it? Are all the posts just added in date sequence to the consolidated thread?

If that is the case i apologize but as far as my "user" experience goes: I wus happily reading a thread, clicked next page and got a nice
No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

This happend to 2 difrent threads I was reading. So my assumption was that someone has deleted them.

Hiya, no threads deleted, just getting the full story & discussion in one thread instead of 10 threads talking about Account Suspensions, all the posts are now in this thread:

[thread=19685]Access Denoid Beotch!![/thread]

As you can see, there are loads of posts in that thread, so far 80 and counting...

I think it's useful to have the usage stats in a separate thread, as well as the ASA Complaint in a separate thread, all the rest in the above thread - better to co-ordinate opinions in one thread & discuss all the facets of this really bad idea by WBS!!!

Yeah, same here - on Rebel & noone's thread.

I use thunderbird and the RSS feeds to read my threads so you can imagine the frustration. Probably saying this on the wrong website, but vBulletin should realy detect when you try to access a thread that has been moved and redirect you or atleast give you some sort of indication.

Sorry guys, it's just how merging works in vBulletin - it doesn't leave a redirect to the consolidated thread.

Anyways, discuss away in the consolidated thread - everything is there in chronological order ;).

ah, oops, sorry - posted outside of the single thread..
you might want to rename the thread to a clearly understandable name that conveys instantly that its to do with the 'arbitrary Iburst supensions of contract' -as I didnt really get the meaning and so posted my own thread..

I must have been reading that thread while you were merging. It got really confusing for a while :D

Yep, sorry, but I really think we have more power if we stick to one thread - the more focussed the discussion [ITO location not strictly on topic bcos the topic actually has sooo many facets] the better ;).

hey guys, i think someone is removing my replies. hmm,...
need to investigate again.

i agree to sticking to one thread. or at least 3 major ones.
Complaints (the busy one!), news or Faq's etc and misc.
i think its great that they have a thread that wbs can use for propaganda and of course some truly helpfull stuff. Then of course we need a client opinion thread.

 ummmm, which thread is allegedly being used by WBS for propaganda?
