how do u check which software version is installed on your phone, usually enter like *#0000*# or something.......what is that code ?
 
You couldn't have done a Google search for that? It's a generic code on all Nokia phones.
 
I did do a Google search.....i swear i did, but i must not have entered the right terms or something cos i did not get anything...sorry if i wasted your time with my little query.

wait, i dont remember the ACTUAL WORDS i typed in,,,,sheesh guys, I thought that I could get some friendly advice on this site, not cross examined about 'what did u type this morning' but I know that the search results did not yeild the answer I was looking for , so i turned to this not-so-friendly BB.

I was rushing out cos I went to see a guy sellin a N97 so i wanted to know quickly, seeing that I now have to explain everything I did this morning, oh & btw I had coffe & biscuits this morning for breakfast & finished that off with some Supradyn......oh wait my mistake it was Cl-C-Vita. is that enough information?

I need this on a Friday afternoon.

ps. I missed out on the N97 as well
 
let's not make this a total waste of time: any news on the v20 update? they fed us some bols up story about it being released earlier this week? ...still waiting. anyone kno?
