Don't know if anyone uses Hotmail & their Office/Docs. setup, but trying to find a solution to the following:
If I compose a new mail, then click on attachments, it defaults to my documents saved in my C-drive on my computer, from which I can select docs. (Just like it does on Gmail Docs.)
However, I need to be able to attach a file (Excel, Word, PDF) saved within the 25Gig free space allowable on WinLive & e-mail it to someone. I don't see a function for this in either Skydrive's Office/Documents, or in Hotmail.
To compare, in Gmail one can click on SHARE, then one of the options that can be selected is E-MAIL AS ATTACHMENT (which allows you to choose a file save within Gmail Docs., & e-mail it as an attachment.)
Is there a comparable function I've missed seeing in Hotmail / Skydrive ? - what steps exactly must I use & what do I click on, to achieve the same end result in WinLive's Skydrive/Office/Docs ?
Hope an option is available, otherwise will need to resort to using Gmail Docs. only.
