okay, you must be a woman, because logic tells me, if he doesn't have time to return your calls, he doesn't have time to read these forums.

Perhaps, perhaps not. What does gender have to do with this? Logic says that the more mediums you use to contact someone the greater the chance will be for that said person to get hold of you.

And no, I am not a woman :P .

They make good friends though ;).
 
actually, re: the feminists, I was talking to this woman I dont even know (allowed her to go get coffee first from the machine) and she mentioned she didn't like the cups it came in (and grabbed a mug) and when she finished she said she also doesn't like Mcdonald milkshakes because of the container it came in.

I then said, "thats because you're full of ****" and my collegue chuckled and said, "dude no, you can't say that!" She obviously didn't hear what I said, so asked me to repeat it, to which I went, "I said, thats because YOU are full of ****"

Don't worry Belgarion - you are not alone. In the past two days, I have called the call centre four times and on each occasion the representative was - to put it planely - stupid. They couldnt help me so they said that someone would get back to me who can. I am still waiting.

Yesterday's call was regarding P2P - I can understand that your average joe wouldn't know why it isnt working when its supposed to (I am on 9gig package). They were supposed to get back to me "before 5pm" according to them. Its about 30 hours later.

Today was for the fact that I could access international sites and couldnt access local sites. This morning it was all fine - and now it is all fine; but for the greater portion of today, local sites wouldnt load (international worked fine strangely enough).

What REALLY works on my nerves is that I have to wait 129038 hours for me to actually reach a representative after which, that person cant help me and delivers broken promises [a.k.a. lies].
Ive already sent through a complain that they should increase CC staff (and intelligence [ or knowledge ;) ]).
Oh well - doubt anything will actually be done about it.
 
Sean Green is hiding in the food trolley again - maybe LG can take a snap of him laying low so we can see if that's the case ... if not there, he'll be down the pub, or at home on his ADSL connection ...

Shaun Green probably knows everything about iBurst and probably the reason why they won't give users the bandwidth they desperately crave. He holds the answers to all the questions and more! If only we could get those answers
