Auction car has issues

I just bought a car on Auction, newish model KIA, It has some eyelashes glued onto it which looks ridiculous.

They are glued on with some ultra sticky glue. how can i remove it without damaging the lights/paint work.

It also has a very dirty and scummy interior, smells almost fishy. How can i remove the stains and odour?

you brought it, your problem,
take it to a valet to get the interior cleaned up,
fake eyelashes maybe try your best with some solvent, although not sure what to use on painted metal.
