Audio streaming in rural area

I am based in a rural part of Springs.

I have the need to broadcast audio from Springs to another location.

The stream needs to be private

Currently Telkom doesn't have adsl in my area and all cellular signals are terrible, the same with Neotel

How can I stream my audio to the second location. This has to be on the fly (I.e I must be speaking at one place and it must be heard at the other location)

What distance are you looking at ? Do you have Line of site ?
