I honestly don't know why ICASA bothers having its own offices - think of the office rental money that could be saved if the pretence of ICASA's independence was dropped & ICASA moved into offices down the hall from her Poisonous Ivyness...

Wishful thinking - I somehow think nothing much will be done about ICASA's financial & procurement mismanagement - in keeping with guavamint's general modus operandi of failing [or rather refusing] to hold individuals accountable...

Ditto that with deafening Constitutional Court bells ringing, and the only reason for not providing the Auditor General's office with the name of a supplier or service provider is nepotism - it's not like ICASA cannot trust the Auditor General to keep confidential info confidential...
