Hi,
have you noticed that both Telkom and Sentech have AUP's telling users what they may not do?
But none of them have a SLA telling users what level of service to expect!
This is telling about an attitude: We will rob the customers as much as possible delivering as little as possible service!
Guess why the various helpdesks etc are so useless? They live in the organisations where management created this attitude!
