Australia Skilled Worker Visa

Hey all

I've just been looking around at the different work visas for Australia and I came across a Australian Family Sponsored Skilled Visa.

Anyone have any knowledge on how this family sponsor visa works? From what I've read so far it seems like you can get a family member in a designated area to sponsor you but what confuses me is whether or not that is the only area you're allowed to then work in? >.<
