Authentication Error at 23:00 last night

I kept on getting that when trying to log in. I called iBurst but was put on hold.

Shabby and shoddy. iBurst is not reliable. When you need support, it's not there.

Luckily it resolved by 23:20.
 
There is a limit on the system that if you have an aggressive login/logout of multiple times per minute then there is a 10 minute backoff. This is to stop abuse.

Maybe you hit this limit?
 
It was just a clitch, it happened to me as well.

I tried again around 23h45 or maybe 00h00 and it worked fine.

Nope. I was out and got home at around 22:50 and then tried logging on at 23:00 for the first time that day.

Yes, it does suck that iBurst blames the customer first.

AND I wasted 10-20 minutes waiting for you guys to pick up your telephone. That's not nice (it also cost me).
