Authentication problems

On mobile phone because I cannot get onto ADSL. 1st account is capped, that much I know. 2nd one hasn't been used much and definately cannot be capped. Cannot login at the moment. Something is most definately up... My alternative ISP (3rd account) does authenticate, but unusable.

Have just been disconnected for 15 minutes after rebooting router, it would not authenticate, I entered the following ISP login details:

username: guest@telkomadsl
password: guest

It authenticated that and I could only browse telkom.co.za (not sure about telkomsa.net)

I entered my SAIX user and pass and it authenticated.
I'm located in Mpumalanga, near the Kruger Park.
 
Also having problems with authentication on Telkom in the Western Cape. My IS account is working fine though.
 
only used 55MB of my 2nd account and now I cannot get in at all... :eek:

Hope they sort this crap out quick.

Since one can still use the guest@telkomadsl thing to access telkom.co.za, please suggest to the powers that be, that making available an ADSL network notices etc page on that website - would be helpful & "customer centric" - instead of the network notice board on saix.net that customers have been denied access to :mad:.

I often get it on a Monday evening and have to phone Telkom to get them to sort it out. It seems to affect both my Telkom and SAOL accounts.
 
Happened again about 3 hours ago, it sucked. I was disconnected for 3 hours. I really had to do some stuff on the net. They say an authentication server crashed. It was totally impossible to use the internet, but everything seems okay now.
