Authentication Problems

Does anyone else have the same problem this morning?
It keeps coming up with the old Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain.

My Web Africa account did it too for about 5 tries and then connected. My Telkom one is not connecting at all.

I have the same problem. Tried to connect with two different telkomsa accounts but access is denied, only my WebAfrica account is working.

Are those IS based accounts ? Cause I had the exact same problem yesterday afternoon, but eventually it worked.

I had the same problem. i can connect with my WebAfrica IS account, but my Telkom account is still down.

Hi guys, i'm having authentication issues with whichever account i use, the Telkom guest account, my own Telkom account even my prepaid axxess adsl account. Even tested my modem at work. All the system tested done at home all works fine with my line from work. Telkom's support really sucks! I've been without internet since 13 4 2015. Cape town Retreat area. Possible that anyone from this area experiencing the same problem?
