Authentication Problems

A friend of mine is reporting authentication issues on his Cybersmart account, anyone else reporting anything strange?

I had a problem with the Telscum Line since Tuesday, The Techie just fixed it now, he said it was a faulty card, and 16 subscribers were affected, he now connected my line to another port.

I'm now experiencing Authentication problems with my Cybersmart account, the openweb (local) is fine. The password is correct and I still have 1.54 gigs left on that account.

Problem solved, I called Cybersmart, and my account was locked onto the old port, they changed it to the new port and it works.
