hey guys,

Please help me, im pretty new to SSH but not so new to linux itself (GUI before). i need to start a shell once the box has booted up? how do i go about doing this? im running Ubuntu 12.04 x64.

Its for a minecraft server and none of the threads iv seen in the Feed The beast forum help out? so maybe some of ye advanced linuxers will be able to help.

Thanks a mill.

P.S. if it helps my location of my feed the beast server is root/ftb/start.sh

P.P.S i am freaking loving SSH and linux and only started messing around on sunday!!:D

link to script in /etc/rc.local

works in rhel clones and debian clones

Or, you can read up on screen

You can start a screen and pipe commands into different screens etc.
