No idea on how to really explain this. But I'm looking for a program, or a way, that automatically runs scheduled events. e.x. ( once a computer is switched on and a user is logged in, it will automatically dial a certain internet connection account, it will also start a program. ). This is for my computer at home, it runs the CCTV program. Load shedding hasn't been helpful :/
