Automatic backup software win 7

what software should one use for Automatic backups for your MY DOCUMENTs, IMAGES, EXCEL and WORD (I use time machine and Aperture Vaults on my Mac) but are looking for something easy for my sister's laptop (I think win7) , that she can just click backup and it will backup the my documents etc, (probably something where you can browse for a missing file in the folders on the backup drive)

Win7 has a backup utility built in that should do all this for you. Check in Control Panel.
