Automatic car rolled back while in drive

This most likely is a non-issue, but I was parked on an incline that was abit steep, when I reversed and I switched into drive, the 1 second it took me to switch from the brake pedal to the accelerator resulted in my car rolling back abit and jerking forward when I hit the accelerator. Is this an issue?

Normal. Use the handbrake on an incline. How did you pass your driving test?

No.
The amount of "creep" at idle in gear is not enough to hold the car on any kind of incline.

Next time just keep the foot on brakes (pedal) for 1 sec longer.

Automatics use torque converters or CVT's - not regular clutches.
