Automatic Contract renewal between Companies?

Hey everyone,

I recently run into a automatic contract renewal with a company, supplying cleaning materials to my company. As far as I knew this is illegal according to the cpa, but now I see that the auto renewal of contracts is only illegal when one of the parties is a natural person, this I've just read in the act.

Now I want to know is it legal for a company to auto renew my contract of 2 years with them for another 2 years if I did not cancel?
