Autopage Technical Support - Cell C Intermittent or no coverage

Since 28 June I have had intermittent connections on my cell c speedstick,
the network coverage is very poor timeouts occurs not stop. Ping timeouts the
whole time. I managed to log a call ID 1407354 on cell number 0748880696, it is
now 4 Jul and the problem has not been attended no, no feedback whatsoever.
Not sure what to do anymore , should I write to the newspapers? It is like any other service in SA ,
municipal, telkom, no joy and I will go to the end advertising to all people out there never to use autopage.

Technical support does not exist, after holding on twice for 30 minutes your call gets dropped by one of the useless technicians, that is if you get through.

I still have no luck and no feedback. Went to Autopage lastnight as per the Autopage tehnicaians advice, there is absolutely no problems with the device or my pc, laptops connection. As I drove to Menlyn I tested the connection from the laptop several times and it works great even when only 1 km from home. So I am confident that the issue is with one of the dishes/satellites in my area. Wish someone can bring thier own speed stick to see my frustrations.. I mean how can you operate for 6 months no issues then all of the sudden you are down it is now 8 days really is so unacceptable.:mad:
