Autopage - Terrible Customer Service - Getting an additional line

Trying to get another line from Autopage.
It has been an ongoing issue since 8 July 2015.

Only reason why we are still at Autopage, the company's account is there.

Is there anyone on the forum that can help? Any reps?
 
Word on the street is that Autopage is closing down in a few months, spare yourself the head ache
