What do you expect with the majority of connections in SA being dial up and ISPs still pushing that method because of the commission.

Well Neotel will be rolling fibre before Telkom does I am sure of that.
telkom also started but neotel has layed more , i think telkom put in durban north and some other areas

We cant be on those charts coz it says average Mbps. SA average is still on Kbps...like 56Kbps lol. But seriously how bad do you think SA average Mbps is. Our score would be extremely low due to penetration and extremely high costs.
