AVG - updates from another pc?

i have AVG 7.5 on my home pc, now it needs to be updated....

...now problem is that i use my cellphone as a home internet connection (charged at r2 per mb...if i remember correctly), and the update is 30mb +. so is it possible that i can d/l the updates from another pc, and then save them on my flash drive to take home

Just visit AVG's web site, to download the virus definition files manually.
Remember to switch off automatic updates on your home PC.

I see the word "manually", but is there a way to automate this? To run a program that connects to AVG's site at work, download the updates to a folder on your PC and then you just copy the folder to your flash and take home?
