SUPER must be the most versatile and easy to use video conversion tool out there....

Its great it has predefined formats like ipod and psp, and it has a very simple and small interface. I used it to convert movies for my psp awhile back.

well, soon, it will be Badaboom... awesome little app, if you have a nice nvidia GFX card. It uses CUDA (nVidia's programming language) to do a lot of the encoding work on the GPU instead of the CPU. Results are quite impressive. Unfortunatly, it is not really avaliable yet... but soon

Yip , I downloaded WINAVI and haven't had any problems so far.

I'm currently using Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate - works well for my iPod conversions...and has quite a few settings that can be customised.
