Avira Firewall blocking Xbox360 Live

I have narrowed down the options to avira firewall causing my Xbox 360 to say MTU failed when i try to connect to Xbox live. How i know this is that when i disable the firewall everything seems to work. I know there are certain ports that need to be open in order for your Xbox to connect properly...
Im running Windows Vista Ultimate, Belkin N1 wireless modem router, Wireless usb connection on Xbox. Internet connection sharing on pc.
What ports and how do i go about "unblocking" these ports in Avira Premium Security Suite?

Forward The ports on your router first and then configure avira to grant access to those 3 ports which u have forwarded

why did i not have a problem with Trend Micro Internet Security Suite but i have a problem with Avira Premium Security Suite?
