Hi. I have a optimum Avis maintenance plan. My drivers safety belt is not functioning 100% and I informed the VW dealer at my service.
VW advises me that Avis declined the repair of the safety belt as it is not covered. I’ve looked at my contract and can’t find it excluded.
Any ideas what clause / loophole is excluding this from being repaired. I really thought that a maintenance plan covers everything except tyres and petrol
