OK, so from personal experiences I know that ASUS isn't great (yeah I know that it has some hardcore fans), but as I said, my own personal experiences, they are quite (in)capable of appointing a service provider. And they aren't limited... So I guess that its a case of "caveat emptor". Pity though.
