Hi,
I've just signed up with Neotel for my business.
I've got the Axesstel MV400 router. I have 3 PC's connecting via wireless using WPA.
When there is no network activity for a while the wireless seems to disconnect completely and the only way to resolve it is to switch the router on and off.
This happens a handful of times during the day. (the wireless light on the router is off)
I phoned Neotel technical support.
I was told this is a "feature" to prevent "the hackers" from accessing my router and a solution is to connect all PC's using ethernet. Thanks for the great support Neotel!
Anyone have a similar problem, could it be a faulty router or if it is a "shut down the wireless when no activity feature" can I override it ?
Thanks
