Most DDR2 is really cheap, rather go for Hynix or something last I checked from a friend, 512mb was R150

buy the cheapest ram, dont think a company like axiz would sell something that did not work

I bought 2 x 512's. no problem with them. (Axis)
and I play most of the latest games.

I have KingMax in my PC, Hynix in one of the other pc's. Haven't had any problems so far.
