Axxess 24 hour support? Yeah, right.

Phoned Axxess on their "24 hour" support number only to have it play stupid music in my ear for half an hour until I gave up. This was 25 Feb at 23:50.

Really Axxess, I know it was late and on a weekend and also generally your service is great but for crying out loud you need to kick some propellor head's backside into gear because he/she/it is asleep on the job. If you advertise 24 hour support then where the hell is it?

Very few if any SA ISPs actually deliver on their 24-hour support service promise.

They have yet to catch up with the idea that some of their clients do business after/before hours with other countries in different timezones, and are depending on their service to be up during those hours.

Could be a good idea for RPM to do an article on this after he made a few support calls during the night to the various ISPs?
