Axxess 4096 Uncapped Account.... Any Issues??

Hi all

I would just like some feedback as to what other users are experiencing with the above mentioned account. I am really disappointed so far with extremely slow download rates internationally (between 2kb/s and 8kb/s :mad:).

I am also unable to connect to steam. I cannot play world of warcraft without being disconnected. I phoned tech support and all I got was well it’s a new service there will be teething problems. But I ask myself why as a consumer must we settle for this by paying for a service which we are not receiving :confused:

If any one has any feedback on this matter please respond.
 
only saw the thread now ... if i was axxess I would be truly ashamed at the rubbish that they are providing.
 
i'm not happy, i took the 4mb uncapped shaped, thinking it would be in the line of 200kb 24/7 using http or torrent or news servers, but there i got it, my news server download with INT readers got 6kb, torrents at 4-6kb, and http from microsoft was around 140kb, called axxess and they said sorry that is how IS is shapping the accounts.

but speaking to other guys using mweb they getting pretty good speeds on their shapped uncapped account, i'm so dispointed in axxess, realy hope they up their game other wise they are loosing a good customer
 
Yeah my friends have been unhappy from the start, not sure if it will improve.... -.-
