Axxess 626 problems

Hi

Is anyone else having a problem with their accounts tonight? I get disconnected every 5 minutes. Moved over to my Telkom Internet account and it is fine then. Back to Axxess and it is broken. Anyone experiencing the issues?
 
I don't have a 626 account but I'm also getting "cable disconnect" every few minutes with the prepaid account.
 
Is the prepaid account IS or SAIX? Wonder if it could be an IS issue? Very annoying!
 
I use them as a 'backup' (so haven't tried them today), but they sent an sms today specifiying that the DNS settings should be changed (only if you're having an issue).

Changed to: 168.210.2.2 (primary) / 196.14.239.2 (secondary)

Those are for IS.
 
no problem here, but then again, maybe if youre running on pppoe, the dns is fetched when you connect. was hell during the day, but now is smooth as buttah!

626 has always been on the IS backbone. Got my dad one a few days ago and phoned to find out before getting it.

According to the title, this thread is about 626 accounts. So I safely assumed that pkid was referring to the 626 Prepaid accounts, which were IS from the start. No worries though. :)
 
Hi guys

Sorry for the confusion. I was talking about the 626 prepaid account. Haven't had a chance to test today. Will take a look tonight to see if my problems have been sorted...
