Axxess 626

hi..

if i remember correctly, my 626 account used to be an SAIX account.. but as of earlier this week i was having problems connecting up.. so i contacted them, and was informed that i need to change my dns settings, they've given me IS dns settings.

Y the change in the middle of my account? and how can that be changed without informing me? i don;t want an IS account! they too slow(latent)!

what can i do? any suggestions? ..

Phone Axxess and ask politely to have that circuit switched to SAIX.
They will give you a new login to use if that product supports switching.

I know the normal shaped accounts can be switched to the SAIX circuit, I don't know about the 626's though.
