Axxess account format

I just applied with axxess, but never got an email afterwards giving me my full login details. I know what my username was that I set, i tried to login by just trying random formats like @axxess-express.co.za but it doesn't seem to work.

Just use the username@axxess-express and leave out the coza

Neither did I. I just called the helpline to get a reminder.

You get to pick the username and password when you sign up, but I forgot to print it out.

Well, its strange, as I got a SMS before I finished typing onscreen, and mine is working fine.
