axxess account not working

anyone else with an axxess account not able to auth?

starting to think this will be my last month with them.
 
just checked the account again. still not working.

byebye axxess.
 
Don't even bother with axxess! They make empty promises about giving you a static ip address which wouldv'e gone live in January already but is still outstanding. Thinking they just tell their customers that so they don't leave. Also your account get disabled without warning due to their incompetence by losing your debit order information when the accounting system crash ... don't they keep backups? Also way behind everyone else. Can't even email you a bandwidth usage report. Try saol.com. They are cheaper and seem to know what they are doing.
