I've got a 4GB Axxess account, but yesterday (the last day of Feb) I logged on and was at 3.3GB use and yet I could not browse any international sites. I phoned their technical support and they said the Rosebank Intl. link was down, I phoned a few people with other ISP's (Saix and IS backbone) and their browsing was fine. I phoned a different ISP and they said the intl. was down but only for a short while.
If anyone has experienced the same problem with Axxess or any other ISP please post here.
