Axxess ADSL Lines

here's what they say.
8 If you have an existing ADSL line from Telkom then you have to cancel and reapply with Axxess. This might cause down time between the time you cancel and get reconnected with Axxess.

All ADSL line faults that can not be resolved over the phone and end up having a Telkom technician come out to your premises may result in Telkom billing you a call out fee. Axxess does not send out technical staff to customers premises to repair Telkom line faults.
So Telkom is gonna chew your butt every time they get the chance to
