Yes. And as a side note all ISP's have unshaped capped accounts. The only one which shape capped is Webafrica. That is why they(Webafrica) offer Business Capped(Unshaped) and Home Capped(Shaped)

No it's not. I got confirmation that they still need to update the T&C's to state that its now unshaped.
They have been running the service fully unshaped now for months

Besides, P2P (torrents) are restricted, which is what shaping is by definition!

Just out of interest, what length of time do they consider "months"? It was still shaped in Jan when I had mine. Unless it was one of those "new signups get different service" cases.

To be more accurate, from the start of February it started to run full speed 24/7.

Interesting. So this is basically like Afrihost's Business Uncapped, but with the shaping off by default? I still have a reseller account with them, so I may actually just try the account out again. Small discounted price and what not :erm:

No they aren't. You're downloading from a bad server.
