Axxess after hours support?

Does anyone know how to get hold of Axxess for after hours support? I've tried their 0861 300 900 support line but was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. I called a bit later and was on hold for 7 minutes before the call was dropped.

Is there no rep on the forums here?

*EDIT* Third attempt had my call disconnected at 7:40.

Axxess DO NOT HAVE AFTER HOURS SUPPORT.
False advertising.
I can only assume they don't have 10Mbps either.

I found their support quite good after hours.

I called them at 10:30 one night and they answered within 2min.
There email takes a bit longer but they get back to you within an hour or 2.

Lol, well evidently I phoned at a bad time. A total of 4 phone calls and 30 minutes of waiting. No worries, I don't need them anymore - i've signed up with mweb instead.
