Axxess APN

For the last 3 days my phone is no longer able to work on Axxess APN. It gets a 3G/LTE connection but no data.
Switching back to normal mymtn APN the data works as expected (just more expensive ofcourse).

Has anyone else experienced this? Been an Axxess user now for years and this is the first issue I've had on this.

Yep experiencing the same issue, but my bro in-law is working fine, was going to call in the morning to see what is up with this.

I had a similar problem with my Vox/MTN APN. Try to clear/delete the Axxess APN settings, then re-enter them.

Yup already did that when I changed back to the MTN settings. MTN works but the Axxess one didn't.

@whatwhat gave them a call an it was fixed in two mins, it small technical issue they are aware of something about the MTN servers reporting you as capped when you not. But its all good hope you got sorted.
