Axxess app not displaying data usage.. again!!

Anyone else getting this error since 1st with Telkom LTE package

"Error getting usages, please try again later"

I saw an email or app notification yesterday where they said it isn't working and the issue is on Telkom side.

LTE upgrades are not being processed with Telkom. And my LTE account has been offline since 1 June. Axxess tells me that the service has been suspended on the Telkom side.
Do you know anything about this?
 
Check your app notifications, everything is there.

1 June:
"We are receiving reports that Telkom LTE usage and processing of top ups are currently intermittent. The issue has been escalated to Telkom. No ETR has been provided at this time."

3 June:
"Telkom are currently having issues with their internal systems. This is causing issues with pulling usage, submitting new provisions, topping up accounts and lifting suspensions of services. Telkom are aware of the issues and are working on this. We apologise for any inconvenience during this time."
