Axxess Authentication Issue

Same here. Im in CT. Called helpdesk but inundated. Eventually web-hosting guy tells me they having authentication issues, again.
Tried my afrihost account, same thing. At this rate, they will be losing customers.

I use Axxess to download program updates so I only use it only a couple of times per month, last month there was problems with the account and this month from about 17h35 there is an authentication error - there is still 2.94 GB of data left in the account which the technical support says can not be rolled over to next month but they also have no idea of when the problem will be resolved.
The authentication issue is not my problem but my missing 2.94 GB is.
Why do I get the idea that the problem will be resolved 1 minute after 24h00 tonight?
