My Axxess bandwidth usage meter was last updated the 12th of August. Is anyone experiencing something similiar? Its really bad if you dont know how much you've used and trying to stay within your cap.

I'm having exactly the same problem! It says I'm still on 0.00 Gb!

Yep me too! I got a 10gig account and it's telling me I've only used 3gig. I reckon I've used about 7gig so far.

Yeah axxess said we used 26.5GB and SAIX said 33GB. Who do you believe? But axxess does the capping so i think they are the one to check. A few days ago we had used 33GB on axxess and 39GB on SAIX and were still not capped! They are obviously not very accurate then.

Emailed them, never got a response. They normally repond quickly, not today. They are either trying to sort out the problem or who knows.

Axxess responded, they claim it is a problem on telkom's side.
