Axxess - Billing Issue.

So having been with Axxess for a few years now on ADSL i take up the offer on Fibre.

Cancelled the ADSL combo (Data+Line) but now two months later i am still being billed for the Data , they seem quite happy to carry on billing for data with no line which was cancelled by them, and now running a Fibre combo (Data+Line).

No after hours accounts support but get a response to my email stating :

"Good da

As no cancellations were submitted for the ADSL data and the line, we continued to bill you for it. However i will now submit the cancellation for that after you confirm what you want us to do with the line, do we transfer it back to Telkom or completely cancelled?

For any further assistance please don't hesitate to give our Support Team a call.
