Good Day

This is rather a strange problem...

Over the past month or two, axxess never charges my credit card (I recently started checking my statement often) when I buy capped data or any topups.

No information about axxess deduction or the amount for the data I bought over the past two months on my statement.

My transaction always goes through on their system, saying the success message, but sometimes after a while my dsl account says im capped, thou I bought enough not to be, and I see under my account I have an unpaid invoice.

I then pay the unpaid invoice with my credit card, the dsl account works fine then till I use up all the cap, and same problem starts.

I just don't want to get into trouble for not paying etc... but when I created a ticket and explained my problem thoroughly, they said to remove my credit card and add it again and try again. Did that twice now and still same problem.

Also seems weird that I had to inform them about this problem? Should they not pick it up themselves?

Good Day Mant1s,

Please PM us your Axxess Account number so that we can investigate the cause of this and resolve the problem.
