Have scouted their website but cannot find where to cancel. Can anyone advise. Had account with them for years no problem. BUT this month 4 gig were used on my 384 line by Sunday 4th and we only got back from holiday on Saturday 3rd. Their reply to my query of how so much could have been used was I must have a virus.
