Axxess changed from dhcp to pppoe

Axxess recently changed our authentication from dhcp to pppoe on frogfoot fibre.

Internet been offline since yesterday with an "authentication error".

Their support was helpful but it's not resolved, they still looking into it.

Anyone else experience the same?

Mine fortunately accepted the PPPoE details first time I entered them, which incidentally, I received just before mid-August -
strange you only seem to have got yours more recently.

I used to have the odd authentication issue in the past (when still running Axxess / Frogfoot fibre on DHCP), but they usually sorted it out within a few minutes of me phoning them / reading the ticket, so also wonder why they're battling with your one, now.

Push them to sort it out today, before the 25th / 26th public holidays kick in .....

They say it's escalated to NOC. But I can't understand why it takes so long to resolve.

Neither pppoe nor dhcp working and they seem like they are battling to figure it out
