Axxess control panel useless

The last 2 months i've been having problems logging into the control panel, it just hangs, it seems like it gives you access to it once a week if you are lucky, in 2014 there was a post exactly like mine on here, i'm starting to get really annoyed by this, whats going on |?

In the past it worked perfectly, how the heck am i suppose to check my usage call everytime ??

On my side I've never had issues. I use Chrome, and I believe I've used Opera too.
